Terms of Service

The Clients recognize that the Photographer is producing works made for hire and that the copyright of all photographs is retained by the Photographer. Therefore, any form of editing, either by the Clients or via a Third-Party is not permitted. The use of any images by the Client is permitted, provided the use is restricted to the Client’s personal use, which includes personal Social Media channels and the personal use by the Client’s friends and family. If vendors (including but not limited to, hair & makeup artists, the venue, wedding planner, or entertainment etc.) request the Clients provide them with the Photographer's images, the Clients agree to refer said vendors to the Photographer. Prior written permission from the Photographer is required for any sale, publication, or commercial use of the photographs.
